Americana Pipedream / Hino Trucks
A Midwest Business with American Roots
Born in the heart of Appleton, Wisconsin, Americana Pipedream began as a quiet experiment — an Instagram archive celebrating the grit and beauty of America’s past through vintage military surplus clothing and artifacts. From those digital roots, founder Logan McGrath built something tangible: a brand that fuses heritage with hustle. What started as hand-printed tees in a basement has grown into a thriving e-commerce label redefining modern workwear and street style.
Evolving beyond surplus, the company now crafts original apparel that bridges eras, blending rare camouflage and utilitarian gear with contemporary design. Every piece carries a story, a lineage, a purpose.
That storytelling-first approach has earned the brand more than 1.3 million followers across social platforms. As the company continues to scale, partnering with the right team to strengthen its logistics and operations ensures this success story keeps rolling forward.

Sustained Growth, Strategic Partnerships
With growth rates averaging 160% year over year, Americana Pipedream has outgrown its space multiple times, moving into larger facilities almost annually. That rapid expansion brought new challenges, especially when it came to logistics. “When you have two buildings, you need something to bring things from point A to point B,” McGrath explains. “We decided at the end of last year to go talk to a couple different truck dealers, and Kriete Truck Centers stood out.”
In 2024, Americana Pipedream worked with Kriete Truck Centers to keep pace with their growing operations, securing a Hino L7 to transport goods between their two shipping and sorting facilities. The decision went deeper than a simple truck purchase, it was about finding a partner who could grow with them. “Communication was easy and our salesperson was phenomenal,” says McGrath. “Everything was clear, concise, and our sales person got us that truck very quickly. Kriete gave us unmatched value for the price.”
For McGrath, the right truck had to work as hard as his team, and feel right for the people behind the wheel. The Hino L7 delivered both, balancing long-term value with driver-focused comfort. Features like an air-ride seat, a 7-inch LCD display, and advanced safety systems help keep drivers safe, confident, and comfortable on the road.
Looking Ahead
Americana Pipedream embodies the entrepreneurial American spirit. Its ability to weave culture, commerce, and community into a single story has not only fueled growth but cemented its place as a modern steward of Americana. For partners and customers alike, it’s heritage reborn for today — and it’s not slowing down anytime soon.
