When Milcia Rasic talks about her company, she doesn’t begin with equipment. She begins with people.

New Ram Express is a Wisconsin-based carrier founded 22 years ago after Milcia’s husband spent years on the road as a truck driver. What started as a small, family-run operation has grown into a unified fleet of 52 Volvo trucks, supported by a loyal team of drivers and a strong network of owner-operators.

For Milcia, trucking has always been deeply personal. Today her daughters, Jovanna and Ivana, work alongside her, along with extended family members who help keep the business moving forward. “It’s really fun,” Jovanna says. “I get to see my mom and dad every day. Every day is different—you never know what you’re going to get.”
