Kriete Group, LLC uses text messaging to respond to customer inquiries about products and services offered at krietetrucks.com. When you initiate contact by sending a text message to a Kriete salesperson’s number listed on our Site, our text messaging program is powered by CallRail.
The personal information we collect in connection with our text messaging program includes your mobile phone number, the content of your messages, the date and time of messages, and related communication metadata. This information is collected and processed by CallRail on our behalf. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Opt-Out. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscription and you will no longer receive text messages from us. Kriete employees will not be able to send text messages to you once you have unsubscribed. If you need assistance, reply “HELP” and we will respond with instructions. 6. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
We do not engage in “sales” or “shares” of personal data as those terms are defined under applicable consumer privacy laws and therefore our Site does not currently recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked.
