Building a Culture of Ownership
On Friday, October 10th, our team came together at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, WI for our annual Operations Summit — a full day dedicated to growth, learning, and connection across every level of our organization.
The theme of this year’s event, “Work Like You Own It,” set the tone for an inspiring and action-oriented day focused on empowerment, accountability, and service excellence.

Kicking Off with Purpose
The day began with a warm welcome from our exectuive leadership team, who set the stage by reflecting on the company’s progress and the values driving our success. Their message was clear: when every team member takes ownership of their role, we all move forward together.

Keynote with Dr. Bryan Williams: “Work Like You Own It”
Renowned leadership and service excellence expert Dr. Bryan Williams led the morning sessions, diving deep into what it means to truly “own” your work.
Through two dynamic presentations, Dr. Williams challenged attendees to think differently about their impact — emphasizing personal responsibility, pride in craftsmanship, and the power of creating exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Hands-On Learning: Breakout Sessions
The afternoon featured a series of interactive breakout sessions, bringing together our Parts and Service teams for hands-on learning and collaboration.
Each session sparked valuable conversation and shared takeaways to bring back to the stores — strengthening collaboration and operational excellence company-wide.

Looking Ahead
The 2025 Operations Summit was more than an event — it was a reminder that our success depends on the dedication and ownership of every person on our team.
As we look ahead, we’re committed to carrying that “Work Like You Own It” mindset into everything we do — for our customers, our partners, and each other.
