At Kriete Truck Center – Fond du Lac, our commitment to providing top-tier service and support to our customers has reached new heights with the renovation of our facility. After opening for business at our new location on April 22, 2024, we have undertaken a series of improvements designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience.
Optimized Storage & Parts Accessibility
To better utilize warehouse space and improve efficiency, we have installed new pallet racking. This upgrade allows our parts team to navigate the warehouse with ease, quickly locating the necessary parts to keep our customers on the road. Additionally, we have introduced a small parts showroom, where we showcase monthly specials and popular items.
Enhanced Customer Experience
At Kriete, we prioritize employee safety and customer convenience. With the addition of an indoor loading area for delivery vans, our team can now work more safely and efficiently, ensuring daily deliveries to our valued customers. Our Parts and Service Managers’ offices are now centrally located near the counters, allowing for a more streamlined customer experience.
For customers visiting our facility, we have centralized our Parts and Service departments under one entrance, making it easier to access the support they need in one convenient stop.
Shop & Service Upgrades
Our shop has undergone several enhancements, including improvements to the existing service pit and the addition of a 5-ton overhead crane with remote control capabilities. This crane significantly improves efficiency and employee safety when handling heavy truck components like a steering gear, cam shaft, cylinder head or radiator to name a few. To better serve our customers, we have also introduced three dedicated uptime bays, allowing for faster turnaround times on critical repairs. Our new facility features 13 service bays, and the improvements we’ve made ensure greater efficiency and higher service quality.
A More Convenient & Driver-Friendly Facility
We understand the importance of convenience for drivers and have expanded our facility to include a brand-new Driver’s Lounge, providing a comfortable space for those waiting for service. Additionally, our larger, fully paved parking lot offers increased storage capacity and easier access, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all visitors.

With this acquisition, we have also secured ample land for future expansion, reinforcing our long-term commitment to supporting the trucking industry and our customers.
