Hauling Milk and Making Cheese: Cedar Valley Cheese Store - Mack Granite Milk Hauler
Wisconsin is well known for its fan dedication, love for locally brewed beer, outdoor summer and winter activities, but mostly, its thousands of varieties of locally made cheeses, of course.
That is why we were proud to deliver a brand new 2020 Mack Granite quad axle milk truck to Cedar Valley Cheese Store, located 36 miles north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, just outside of Random Lake on HWY 57.
The Cedar Valley Cheese Store is a staple in the Wisconsin manufacturing growth between farmers and local production. They receive milk from over 140 farms in eight counties daily which is hauled by this Mack their second in the last two years. The powerful, durable, and versatile, Granite is the right truck for this job. With tighter turns and supirior visibility, this truck goes from milk pickup to delivery at the Cedar Valley Cheese Store with ease.
The store specializes in over 300+ varieties of Wisconsin cheeses that are produced at the family-owned Cedar Valley Cheese Factory next door. Their best selling products are some of our favorites like String Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Curds, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, Provolone, Bellavitano, Swiss, and Brick.
Besides the wonderful cheese selections, they also offer other Wisconsin-made products, such as ice cream, milk, jams and jellies, sausage, wine, and even Cheesehead apparel.
Cedar Valley Cheese Store chose to do business with us again because of the high level of service we provide their trucks.
